The yellow sand of the Purple Vents biome makes it easier to spot the silver-grey. You do not need to go very deep to find Lithium, and you dont really need a Mineral Scanner. There are loads of chunks around the Purple Vents biome, and you can fill your inventory within 10 or 15 minutes. All over the red platforms inside are a bunch of Spiral Plants, sometimes up to 20 individual plants. Lithium is found just lying around on the seafloor. I can see there is stuff beyond these closed doors. The Leviathan cannot attack you while you are inside the Ventgarden, but it might try.
